Final Fantasy XIV Benchmark

On high, considering what others got, quite good. Expected higher, no jumpies or lag. Seemed perfectly smooth. Definatly going to pic this up though nice in-game movie.

4180 on below rig. Running 10.6 cats (I was lazy and didnt bother updating but this would not work on my old cats)

I kind of got borred of the FF universe after 8, with 7 being the pinacle in my mind!

Still, it looks pretty

FF10 was still a nice game. need to get it so i can run it via an emulator hmm...

Anyways here's some screenies of it in game.. sorry bout the bad quality..

Any snapshots of this in action :) ?

Check out youtube, there's some decent vids of it there.

4300 on low, not got a big enough monitor for high. Though I noticed it sits around 30% CPU usage, so I would imagine that's going to be maxing out two cores on my machine.

Also, anyone think the score is just a frame count?

Don't think it likes Athlon II CPUs.

Scored 2815@ 720p on this machine:

X3 435 @ 2.9
8800GT
4gig DDR3@ 1333
Win7 64-bit

I dont think it does, well something isnt right because my PC didnt even make 3000 ???

PII X4 965 @3.6GHz
4870X2
8Gb RAM
Win7 x64

This is the game I upgraded my PC for and I am looking to buy an extra card, though due to the VAT Rise next year I will be buying one sooner then I thought. The game is not even in beta yet so there are lots to do to it.

With (no OCing)

Windows 7 Home 64Bit
PhenomII X4 3.2Ghz
4GB RAM
ATI HD5850 1GB

High settings - 3783
Load Time 18611

I was hoping for something abit higher then what seems to be a 'default' level. Though it will be optimized at launch. (she says hopefully)

Whos to say this is a port though? Ive not seen it mentioned anywhere, Sorry if it has, The console version could be the port for all we know.
