So you have placed the jumper back in the right position?

Tried each stick at a time in all the slots?

Tried it. Didn't work, going to RMA the board.

Just a thought before you send it back, have you tried just firing up the motherboard with some memory and the CPU outside of the case to check there's not a random short?

Small Update - Board has been RMA'd so hopefully I can start again next week or whenever it gets delivered.
