Seem to be sensible words to me yet in the past when similar things have been voiced it's been declared to be victim blaming.

Surely locking your front door (so to speak) when you go out is just common sense? Bad people exist. We know they do. We cannot change it. So surely to take precautions against this bad people is ones own responsibility?

No. The onus is on them to provide evidence to back up their claim. Or you since you're the one making the claim. So provide it.

I'll give you a clue btw...rainn.org provide numbers and it doesn't back up your point of view.

I've provided, generously, two sources which shoot yours down. Yours makes a bold.claim with no back up.
You're somehow of the opinion that your source, again which provides no evidence, is better than two counter sources which show its not. One of those counter sources is the largest sexual abuse foundations.
You're either not of sound mind or so biased that despite overwhelming evidence you're taking one unsubstantiated sentence as gospel.
