Finally a judge with some sense?

In which case the onus is on Chris to back up his claim about immigrants, as he was the one that brought it up first.

Either way this is now completely off topic, it's not an immigrant thread...
Chris did make a claim about immigrants. Sliver however made a different claim, one that race...not immigration status makes no difference.

He's now changed his argument to sayinget white people do rape more women in this country. Something which is different to his original argument.

Amp...read my last post. Slivers link was not about immigration status. It was about race.

Ahh, I must have missed the post where it changed to race from immigration. :)

Edit: and that's also a reply to your post just above this one too.

Don't follow your edit I'm afraid! However yes, the point I was challenging was that race seemingly makes no difference when statistics indicate that it does. As I say, Chris is making a different argument and quite frankly he's on his own as I have no clue whether he's right or wrong and I'm not entirely sure the stats are available either.

Immigration touches many aspects of UK life :)

Given comments by Chris I decided to check for myself.

"Myth: Men of certain races and backgrounds are more likely to commit sexual violence.

Fact: There is no typical rapist. People who commit sexual violence come from every economic, ethnic, racial, age and social group."

It never changed AMP, this is just Dis distorting the truth again.

Sure Sliver...sure...

I didn't see your first reply about the change of subject, and only saw the second after I posted, hence the edit. :p

Ah right, I'm on board now! Anyways aye, I look forward to Chris fighting his corner on that one although as pointed out it's not the reason I made the thread.

Back on the original topic it looks like the judge is coming in for more flak and as expected few are willing to defend her as straight away they're getting hit with the rape apologist tag.

She's likely only said it because she's retiring, had she said it as an acting judge she'd probably have been force out by the PC brigade.

Without a doubt. Old people these days, being able to say whatever they want and get away with it! :p
