Finally - Crysis maxed out...cracked

Guess the recession didn't stop everyone. That is a surprising array of very expensive components probably with a very high power draw. Anyone hazard a guess he is single and lives in his mom's basement?

But kudos for the dude to tell us how much money you need to waste to run crysis.

if you have that much spare money you're going to have a very good job so I doubt he lives in his mum's basement

he probably is single though

The way he kept repeating 'gtx480 superclocked' makes me think he was sponsored.....Or was just rubbing it in

For the amount of money spent on that including the huge power draw I'd want a hell of a lot more than 'touching 50fps' lol I'd be disappointed if it were me.

Better off waiting for better tech in a couple of years time instead of blowing a big hole in your bank balance.

Well done. I can't see the video, but is he using sli connectors or just running it through the pci-e bus? (as I thought you could only get upto 3 cards with connectors?)

he is using one big SLI connector, and you can run 4 cards providing you have the right mobo and connector

I've been subscribing to the EtheEnthusiast for a while and he's not sponsered. His previous system was 4x5870. He always has the latest gear.
