Can't say I really liked Firefly... Watched it but didn't get as into it as my housemate with whom I watched it.

Rather amusing fact with regard to Dollhouse being renewed for season 2:

Fox's president of entertainment stated that "if we'd canceled Joss's show I'd probably have 110 million e-mails this morning from the fans"

This was a direct reference to them having cancelled Firefly which went on to become a huge cult series.

One of the best shows of it's type that's ever been - will have to get the bluray for the film/season and re-watch it all in HD!

Am glad to see Fillion doing well elsewhere now - and that he's been able to incorporate certain nods to Firefly into Castle at times (notably the Halloween episode).

Shame it's been so long now since Firefly was axed - the farther away we get the more it hurts to look back on what could have been

So true, I'm really enjoying watching Castle, Fillion really is good in it, the start of the Halloween episode was brilliant.

I for some reason or another never got to see firefly but made sure I caught Serenity and then I found out what all the fuss was about!

They should never have cancelled it and should bring it back!

Bring back Firefly!

I have never seen any series have a more dedicated following than Firefly. With the amount of crap on TV these days, you would think that someone would have room for a quality series like this.

I hope it returns in the near future, it still astounds me to this day as to how a broadcasting company could be so stupid.

The actors have made it clear that they want to make another series so it may well return, one day..

TV programs are generally saved not by the depth of fanaticism, but by the width of appeal. While the people who like Firefly like it a lot, there simply aren't enough of them.

And I love the idea that I'm a troll just because I don't agree that Firefly is one of the top ten TV series of all time...

I'm watching it through again for about the 5th time now, with other people, and they're all really enjoying it as well. I haven't found anyone yet who hasn't loved, so I still don't understand why it got such a small viewer base while on TV. Still need to get the comics and read them as well.
