Check that you're allowing sites to install software (Tools -> Options -> Web Features). When you click to install an extension a yellow bar should appear at the top of the window. Click "Edit Options" and add that site to your install list. The install should then work.

If that's not the reason it's not working, then I guess you could try installing the extension from here. :)
