firefox flash issues.

I have an issue in FF where some flash based stuff (video players being one) doesn't load. Holding the cursor over the top just reveals the rotating hour glass.
Running flash 11.3.300.268 not sure what FF version.

Any ideas what's wrong?

It's a well known bug that hasn't been fixed yet, but you can get around it by disabling protected mode (or whatever it's called) in flash if memory serves (the other threads on this problem will be more informative that I can be).

The crashing issues people are experiencing is nothing to do with the op's issue.

I would check network settings or firewalls (coporate if in a domain network)

hmm are u sure had the same issue with not loading corrrectly...

Many complaints about crashing, which since the 11.3.300.268 has been non existant I must add.

Not loading flash is something to do with firewalls or proxy settings etc.
