Yeah, it needs tuning for sure. Check out MorePowerTool (MPT) and see what your default TDC and and Power Limits are.

The MBA 6900 XT has a Power Limit GPU of 255W and a TDC of 320A.

You may need MPT to extend your power limits to increase the score.
 
With the Red Devil he should be ahead in every benchmark since it has 3x8 power connectors. But to get the best scores you need to stop any aditional programs running in background (even the Radeon Software ) and to run the benchmark at the start of your PC. Once the card gets hot, you won't get better scores.

I did try the mpt, but anything I changed, although worked in changing wattmatts settings, whenever I used them it would go into protect mode and put the clocks to 500mhz

You only want to change the two things I mentioned or reduce voltage. Y can also reduce SOC voltage if you want to. Don’t do anything else and it will work.

You can raise the Power Limit with MPT, for example like in this picture:

This is a 3x8 card. You can start at 300 Power Limit GPU.
Then Write SPPT and restart PC.

Look here at the results from Hwbot. They have different rules but you can see Red Devil is the best card that uses a stock cooler. And there are already cards there running at 3Ghz. 3090 on LN2 is already far behind :D
