Same here guys. My CPU makes benching here a waste of time. This is why I prefer game benchmarks these days. Had a look at my graphics score and it is 7724 which would get me in the top 10 easily if I had Kaapstad's CPU
Surprised to see the Titan V kicking ass. From all the benchs I have seen so far Titan V is still king.
Trouble is, let’s be honest, probably apart from a handful of games like Ashes of a Singularity you won’t see any difference in FPS when playing majority of games
So are you upgrading purely for benchmarks Tommy?
I got mine on release over 5 years ago. Every time a new CPU comes out I look at it and think meh, how will this change anything for me? Windows will load up 2 seconds quicker? Better benchmarks?
The main thing I think that may make me upgrade is wanting something new. Also would ideally like to go AMD zen 2 if they deliver.
Lol. I thought you said you was not getting a 2080 Ti as it was pointless due to it being inferior to the Titan V and there being no Ray tracing content for it yet. What changed?
