Firmware update v+200

Hi, I have the 120gb Kingston V+200 SSD i've just noticed there is a firmware upgrade for it which reports to improve write speeds and fix some BSOD issues.

Do i need to do anything before i start? is it wort using system restore to back up my drive or something like that or should i not bother with the update unless i start to get the BSOD issue?

If it offers better speed and some stability improvements it might be worth it. Worth seeing if the problems are something you might encounter in time and hence worth trying to fix now?

Backup or preferrably image your drive so if it does go horribly wrong you can do a restore easily enough.

will give it a shot, i'm guessing if it bricks i can just RMA it anyhow
