I might have the term wrong but I know what I mean ie earthed or neutral.
As for static are you serious it kills pcs dead. Even water running through a water loop will build charge, same as air in a hoover will build a charge.
I know killed a few memory chips with static just by walking on nylon carpet.
Possibly superglue some stock spacers to the backboard and use stock screws.
I have had a few instances in previous builds, a long time ago, where excessive tightening or differential tightening of screws on the motherboard caused failed boots or shorting.
Possibly use uPVC sleeves on the 'big bolts' but as others have said, the PSU is the earth when plugged in.
