I have recently gotten into PC gaming and I brought the 6750xt eagle but I am unsure what components would work best.

I do want a Wi-Fi motherboard
Case that would be easy to work with
Budget 500

Intel option:

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £499.85 (includes delivery: £11.99)

Stock cooler assumed.

Would recommend upgrade to:
- 32GB of memory (+£30).
- i5-12400F (+£35).
- 2TB SN570, or SN770 (+£50).
- G300A RGB which includes three fans, instead of just one (+£10).

PSU is overkill, but is more suitable for future upgrades than e.g. 500/550 watt.

You're not going to be able to reach an AM5 build with your budget unfortunately, but pushing to a 5600 or 5700X shouldn't be much of a stretch. I'm sure that I saw the 5700X going for £160-170 recently, but the OCUK price seems to be back up to £220.

would I need to add an extra fan at the back of the case

You could get away running without one tbh, the two intakes should be enough. You could also use the case suggested by Tetras instead, which comes with three fans and would work just fine with the AMD build I suggested.

There's also this:

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £72.98 (includes delivery: £7.99)

Same case as the one in my list, but with three RGB fans included.

I don't think the suggested Ryzen CPU's come with an HSF either, but you can pick up a Thermalright Assassin King 120 for £20 which would be more than enough.

What would the Ryzen option be and is the PSU semi modular I am worried about plugging all the cable in

No, I'm afraid not (it is fully modular). I'm not sure what semi-modular PSUs are still available, maybe: Corsair TX-M, Seasonic Core GM (not G12), Antec Earthwatts Pro Gold (don't buy the Chinese/FSP version).

I believe the answer is:
5500, 5600G, 5600, 5600X: Yes (Wraith Stealth)

5700X, 5800X: No

Good to know some of them to still come with HSF's.

I would personally plug for the 5700X assuming the price is in the £160-170 range, it's a little more expensive but a healthy upgrade for the money over a 5500, but obviously that's another £20 to factor into the price.

In my opinion it's worth spending the extra if it's plausible, but should an AMD build be a requirement a 5500 or 5600 would be a good match for a 6750XT.
