First date with girl met on internet date site

There's a little Italian right across from Liverpool Street over Bishopsgate on the little alley just past where virgin is/was. Definitely don't get anywhere other than local and only go for a drink on first date, dinner would be a very bad idea.
 
How did it go? we need updates.

Either:

She's a looker and it went really well
She's a moose and he ran off screaming into the night
It was a huge burrly bloke wanting some action
He's now been arrested for grooming some young child

Don't take her anywhere local, or you know your mates will be. Just incase she turns out to be a right moose.
 
Its more of a casual thing the first time you meet someone, I wonder how many women consider a first meet a date these days? Best advice I can think of is to be yourself, and since you have never met before a coffee place/bar where it isn't to loud so you can both talk casually and get to know each other. If that goes great and you both want to do something after that cinema whatever then do that or at a later meet.

christ almighty.. It's only 5pm.. he probably hasn't even finished work and met her yet, let alone finished the date..

I once met a girl looked stunning in her picture ,when she turned up she was obese and rather ugly :eek: It was either taken about 5 years ago or it was simply not her .

Stupid really though as no way was I meeting her again it was just embarrassing .Never again :D
 
I hope you took her to the Hamilton Hall (Pikeyspoons pub) and got her hammered!! That's why I done on a first date with a secretary......classy stuff :D

the date was meant to be wednesday but i had other plans and found it a convenient excuse.

the date is hopefully being rescheduled

shall keep you up to date!

the mag pie sounds a good bet...but tapas is what i'm after.
 
Go for a few drinks and a meal in a small place then take a nice walk, get to know her more after you've had dinner.

Nice walks are always a good way to get to know people.
