First of many questions of my build

Stick the SSD on the back of the motherboard tray.

The SSD can be placed pretty much anywhere in the case, might be easier placing it in the 2.5" which would be used for the floppy drive.

Just keep looking, it says your case has one 2.5" bay, it will fit. There may be screws underneath the SSD to put the screws in.

Cheers. Never knew anything went on the other side of the case.

I'm looking at my nOrmal HD but it doesn't seem to fit snugly anywhere? I thought it would have slotted below the DVD drive?

Looking at the pics the HDD drives slot beneath all the DVD drives, they in stall left - right (side ways)

Getting a kittle list with the wires and connections.

I've put the power LED, resets LeD into a little adapter and connected to the motherboard. I have 2 connections labelled USB (x2) and AC97 and hd audio that I'm not sure where to put

The motherboard will have some spare headers along the bottom, this will plug in there, the same would go with the HD Audio and AC audio (usually off the same set of cables)

What motherboard are you using?

Plug the HD audio into somewhere along the bottom of the board, possibly labeled JAUD. only use the HD connector, leave the AC97 hanging.

And the USB go into ones called JUSB1 or 2 etc etc.

Tring to connect fans now. Think I've put in CPU and front fan ok.

I have a pre-installed fan at the back of the case with a different connection and can't see anywhere to put it.

Well I gave up last night and Wil recommence when I get back from work.

Think I'm about 85% there. Think all is needed is connect the back case fan, DVD and HD's and front panel.

Oh and install graphics card.

Got bamboozled last night with the amount of wires,

Still not sure where the molex adapter is meant to go :)

Ok, spoke to my IT guy at work.

As my PSU is "modular" I have extra cables that I can plug into the PSU dependant on what connections I need.

If thats the case, this might be starting to make sense now :-)

Heading home from hard day at work, hoping to finish my build tonight.

Worst case scenario is what? The PC doesn't power up? Which means I've likely not connected something?

Or worst case I push the power button and it goes bang?
