First order from OCUK

Just received my first ever order from OCUK and I must admit I am extremely unimpressed with the packaging. All 4 items in a single thin cardboard box which was falling apart when i got it and very little packing material. The keyboard box has a big dent in the corner so it's obviously taken some knocks. The PSU, GPU and Mouse packaging aren't showing any damage but I won't be suprised if I end up having to RMA something as by the condition of the cardboard box it has certainly taken a beating during delivery.

Sort it out OCUK!
 
That is not the norm for our packaging. Will get it looked into and ensure problems like this don't happen going forwards.

There are many threads complimenting our packaging.

Also I have removed your signature - forum rules state only 4 lines of text. You may want to familiarise yourself with the FAQ.
 
I find the packaging to be very good, but, why fill the TOP of the box with air pockets, why not put some underneath and sides. This always buggs me
 
NEVER had an issue with OCUK's packaging here either.

Always very impressed with the standards and Ive been shopping here for atleast 4 years.

I have spoken to the person that packed your order and he feels that you may have been one of the very few unlucky customers that has received a roughly handled order. However, you should have had more internal packaging and it looks like this was a simple oversight on his part, for which he apologises.

Any problems with your items let me know and I will personally make sure you get a replacement item immediately.

I agree with others, packing is normally spot on.

Check out this thread as well; where else do you get the The Godfather/Head Honcho/Mr Big/Jaws/ personally offering services to sort any problems out? And in under an hours of the post!

have to agree, I live probably the furthest away out of most people on these forums and everything I've bought is always well packed and never dented or harmed

Thanks! Mouse and keyboard looking and working fine. I'll be installing the PSU and GPU some time over the next couple of days so will let you know :)
