First order from OCUK

Please accept my apologies - this is not how we pack orders at OcUK.

I have spoken to the person that packed your order and he feels that you may have been one of the very few unlucky customers that has received a roughly handled order. However, you should have had more internal packaging and it looks like this was a simple oversight on his part, for which he apologises.

Any problems with your items let me know and I will personally make sure you get a replacement item immediately.

now thats first rate customer services, ya dont get THAT very often now a days, OCUK rocks <3 :D
 
Always found the packaging to be very good, lots of padding/bubblewrap. Being a bit of a tight git, i reuse it for protection when im selling on old parts.:D

I have always found the packaging more than adequate. Unfortunately you were just a little unlucky.
 
Only peave I have is when I was sorting out a friends order from ocUK. The big green air pocket things made me crap myself when I stood on it :(

I don't like surprises, damn you ocUK! :(

Well i've installed the PSU and the GPU and updated to 10.7 catalyst drivers but i'm getting artifacts in 3DMark06 and Doom3 just crashed and I had to reset. Driver problems or RMA? :confused:

For some reason my mouse pointer has four little lines next to it.....



It's a xfx 4890 and it's running hot at 70c idle........
 
70C is not too bad, But would like to see a little lower, what does the temps get to under 3d win mark.

that would be that the cooler has moved slightly, you could reseat it yourself or you could RMA it
 
You can read all the bad reviews regarding OcUK customer service, but to be honest it's absolute rubbish. This thread is a prime example of why the CS is fantastic!
 
Just received my first ever order from OCUK and I must admit I am extremely unimpressed with the packaging. All 4 items in a single thin cardboard box which was falling apart when i got it and very little packing material. The keyboard box has a big dent in the corner so it's obviously taken some knocks. The PSU, GPU and Mouse packaging aren't showing any damage but I won't be suprised if I end up having to RMA something as by the condition of the cardboard box it has certainly taken a beating during delivery.

Good service as always. I have recently had yet another bad experience with a different PC supplier, yes, another one crossed off my list! (OcUK didnt stock the IP camera)

Ocuk remains firmly on the list. And has done since before the new site.
