Your rig is almost identical to mine. I had a very similar problem - upping the RAM voltage solved it and I think it's very likely it will solve your issue too.
Check to make sure, but I'd imagine your RAM should run at 2.1v.
The double-boot issue is common with the IP35 boards. I have the same problem.
