First time i have ran (for fitness)

hmm, did my cadence drills today and my watch kept on vibrating etc , so trying to read that whilst running! lol
also i'm supposed to do "2 laps" but i couldn't see that on my watch, so the drill was really short, so i ran again afterwords lol

i think actually it is all covered on the above workout, but it said "workout finished" and the screen carried on (all be it a new screen, but still activated)
