Hey guys so for a while I have wanted to build my own watercooling loop but never got round to it until now :D

I got all of my stuff to do it pump, rad, tubing, connectors etc...

But the only thing I didn't buy was a new case. I have an old Antec p180 case and if any of you know that it does not have any space for w/c. But I thought why pay £100+ for a new case when you can just get a dremel and go crazy:p

goodbye messy case.

first marked out the top for the rad.

Here is the top cut and has rad installed (after cleaned), the little square cut out is for the pump/res ... putting the pump up there to hide it away :)

Now to take off the stock cooler and put the GPU block on. (yes I am ashamed of the dusty fan :/)

Looks good! got the thermal tape in the right places.

Looks even better! love the sleek cooler :)

After taking everything out and testing it (forgot to take pics)
I put the top cover back on after cutting out holes for rad/pump and fittings

Fits perfectly ;)

everything back in and ready to go, note there isn't anywhere to put cables so done my best to tidy them.

Well that's about it what do you all think of my first time:)?
thought I would keep that OcUk sticker on there ;)

Why are the fans at a angle. They really need to be tight against the rad to force the air through it.

It looks like you have overlapped three pieces of thermal tape on the bottom edge of the gpu vrms. This could stop the block from sitting correctly on the vrms nearest to it leading to a couple of them overheating.

the fans were at an angle because i put the black cover on top. but I just fixed it today. So i need to remove the block and re-do the tape?

Still not bad for a first attempt?

The loop config looks nice.

But the thermal paste you need to wipe with off with IPA, then reapply a rice grain sized fresh paste

Looks good. I did something similar to the roff to fit an H100 to my P182 case. I managed to fit the rad inside the roof, but had the fans on top. I used a Lian Li frame to make it look nice.

never knew you could get these. I was just going to make my own thanks mate :D

my pump is kinda noisy is there a way to damper the noise ?

Is the pump sitting on top of the drive bay (I presume it's a combo reservoir/pump?)

Try putting some foam between the pump and case (assuming the pump's been bled properly)

nice job ;) yea i'm going to paint it black/blue once I get some decent paint and a shot of my dads paint gun :p

I might need to make my own top because my rad is thicker also i'm going to add another 2 fans for push pull.
