Yeah the machine at our place does a very similar movement.

Looks like my assumption was mistaken. I just did 45 minutes on a stationary cycle and Fitocracy gave me 732 points for it, whereas a 35 minute ride yielded 275 points. It almost seems arbitrary.It's not just the distance or time, though, it's the effort put out. If I had maintained the same pace on my solo ride this morning to achieve the same distance as you, I'd have only gotten 2450 points. It's probably based on calories burned, which I guess is the "fairest" way of comparing aerobic to anaerobic exercise... who knows, eh?

2:02:09 || 39.8 mi || 19.5 mph || light hills (+2190 pts)
should have put in light hills, on the way home its up hill all the way and did it at average speed of 13 mph0:55:00 || 12 mi (+309 pts)
wow
I only got should have put in light hills, on the way home its up hill all the way and did it at average speed of 13 mph
You can go back and change it.should have put in light hills, on the way home its up hill all the way and did it at average speed of 13 mph

That's good to know - it's not fair that Oddjob is getting so many points from achievementsThey are adding them as they go.
It is beta, and still quite rough. The searching thing really need to be faster, or even btter would be a category search as well. So Cardio - Cycling - Cycle type etc.
They are adding images, descriptions etc, so it will get better! They are also doing graphs and progress checker etc, it will just take time!

Do all the people that use Runkeeper have their accounts linked or are you just putting it in manually?
