Flash Memory Stick - HELP

My Patriot Supersonic Pulse, was formatted by Memtest86+ and seems to be completely destroyed. MT formatted it for a boot run. Since then it has no volume, no files system and Windows7 64bit cannot format it.

What next?

I have done that, and as i said it cannot be formatted and hence it cannot create a new volume.

Virtual Disk Manager : System cannot find file specified.

I hate this, hopefully i don't stamp on it.. -_-

Gparted is for Linux, i have Windows 7.
