hi can you show me your most comprehensive stretching routines as we all know that building muscle decreases flexibility and this is bad for any sport

i would particularly like to see your chest and shoulder stretches

how many of you can hold you arms out like a letter T and then touch their hands behind their back?

yes hold your hands out to ** side so u look like a letter T (so ** hands are level with your shoulders)

then keep them at this height and try to touch ** hands behind your back

i am sure if you got a 4 year old they would be able to do it

maybe they would have to swing their arms to do it

but as you get older u get less flexibile and building muscle makes it even worse

of course building muscle would stop that, given the muscle in and around the shoulder (specifically larger lats)

hunch forward?
if you have a proper training plan then you wouldn't have such an imbalanced muscle group.

always train the opposing muscle group.

But a four year old isn't fully developed so it isn't a huge surprise that they have a certain amount of flexibility that adults don't.

However I can do that or near enough (my arms dip slightly to accomodate the fact that shoulders don't move in that arc) with palms facing down although not with palms facing away from me, that really would require me to dislocate my shoulders.

you have had replies from 3 people, hardly a good time to make a statement like that :p
