well by the general sensus of things i dont think we would be very welcome if we were to come.

plus apparently my 2 18+ friends arent good enough as guardians.

Personally, my input on this is simple. I've NO problems with your age, and whilst I don't know you from Adam, you seem a pretty sensible person who wouldn't act like a twonk, and I think a few others feel that too.

But you gotta remember it's UE's parents 'business'. There's gonna be probably loud music, a lot of shouts, laughs, flashing lights, etc, it may attract somebody walking by who may call the police and if they come in and find the hotel is hosting this with an under age person and no guardian, then their jobs, livelyhood are at stake.

So I wouldn't take it personally at all, it's just damn bad luck unfortunately. :)

Sorry m8 but that attitude wont fly, you sound like your sulking. I told you flat out not to make an issue of your age and i would have SPECIFICALLY IGNORED IT, so by that i assume you musta thought i meant - "Post it on a public forum that would be cool" Im afraid you have done yourself out of a good weekend simply because you just couldnt keep a low profile. Typical mistake that youngsters make.

Due to the bar regulations coupled with the fact it is now common knowledge that you are a minor and that neither of your gaurdians are related you cannot attend. Sadly that too means your friends cannot attend either as im presuming you will probably make up some **** and bull story that suggest you were not to blame.

What outcome did you expect "Oh cool your 17 and get to come your the man i love you!" Sorry to be frank with you mate but YOU did this and i gave you all the slack i could.

What's happening with regards to the whole sound issue ? I assume most will be using headphones.
Are we looking at console per person, or shared -- only ask as if shared may need adaptor for muliple headphone ports. Using monitor so need to convert 360 leads.

Wonder what your wife would say to that :eek: :p

I can't make this at all unfortunately as I've got no holiday time left at work till after Christmas :(
