Did anyone else think it was Eminem when they first heard it?
What? No it doesn't, not in the slightest. The rhyme scheme sounds a bit like Eminem , nothing more. It sounds more like the guy from Linkin Park than anything.Yep the guys voice sounds very similar.

Is this the 'I can ride my bike with no handlebars' tune?
If so it is awful. Woefully bad. Worst thing this year. Like a cross between Nizlopi and The Streets with far less talent.
Did you listen to the lyrics?
Yup.
I hate it, sounds the same as everything else out there and its totally overplayed.
I cannot think of anyone these sound similar to, what a load of tosh.
Maybe Rage Against The Machine or, in a round about sort of way, Gym Class Heroes.
I thought both the song and video have a great meaning to them and one that stands for a lot today.
I haven't seen the video. The lyrics might be meaningful to them but don't mean much when you read through them, in addition the music/rhythm is crap.
You really need to see the vid to fully understand the lyrics.

please don't insult RATMYes ive been telling people saying they are a more "calm" version of rage, less guitar and bass excellence more singing and other instruments like trumpets etc. Also more tempo changes.
Heard the song months ago from a contact in America. Bought the album.
They certainly have something to say, I find it interesting.
The beats are great, bass lines fat, interesting strings and brass. Lyrics can be intriguing.
An interesting album. I like it.
