Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao May 2 MGM Grand Las Vegas

Wait, you're not flying out to Vegas, Begbie?

I thought you'd stowaway in a cargo hold. After landing, pop-out and 'Pacquiao' the baggage handlers and nick their wallets. Then go to a bookies, hastily place a bet on 'Bad Boy' and leave before the clerk can even ask "is that a boxer's nickname?". Get a bottle of whisky and down it on a bus to the MGM while thinking about 'caerds'. Have a game of pool there but play absolutely ******* gash, then have a bellboy bring you down a ******* smoke. When someone asks you where the bathroom is give them a Glasgow Kiss and nick their ticket. Later as Floyd is walking to the ring casually toss a glass right down on his head, then you immediately kick off a massive brawl. The boxing fight is postponed indefinitely and the world never finds oot what **** did it.... no? Disappointing, Begbie!

:D

I know Sky have the PPV, so that means there is no way to watch it on BT, even if paying for it?

Was gonna stay at friend's house to watch but he only has BT..

Just watched "The legends speak" (posted above). Very interesting - especially Foreman suggesting the pressure is on Pacquiao.

Absolutely buzzing for this. I, like many, think Mayweather will win - and think he would have at any point in the last 5 years - but I won't be disappointed either way.

All booked up in HD:D

Not looked forward to a fight as much as this since the early Tyson, Eubank and Benn fights. Had all night fight parties back then, £2 entry fee for the lads:D

What options are available to watch this? I have a SkyGo and Now TV account, but neither seem to offer PPV.

Sky is the only option?

I can't get excited about this fight n ow. Wish it happened 5 years ago.

I might stream it if I stay up.

I expect Mayweather to win fairly easily.

Mayweather will win within four rounds, he is just too good for Pacquiao and Pacquiao looks too scared.....

Seriously why would you think this? Because of the Marquez v pac fight? Floyd has only knocked out 2 opponents in his last 10 and they were glass jaws in Ortiz and Hatton.

He wont change his style after all these years for the biggest fight of his career against what is still, despite been year long overdue his toughest opponent to date.

Do you rate Maidana, Alvarez, Guerrero, Cotto, Moseley, Judah, Hoya above pac btw?

just watched the final press conference and the face off

never seen mayweather so respectful and relaxed before. he was so quite!

didn't even try and wind manny up in the stare off

mayweather on points for me

pacquaio not stopped anyone since 2009 and he will need a ko to beat mayweather imo

Yeah can't see him changing his style - however that does give Pacquiao his probably only chance IMO - IIRC one of Pacquiao's strengths is the long game though could be wrong. Plus that Mayweather will likely lean on him much of the fight could be a double edged sword - wearing him down will work in his favour but letting the shorter scrappier fighter get too close could bring unexpected results.

Mayweather is unlikely to try and execute too early and/or press home against an open defence too early and that is where Pacquiao is weakest.
