No chance imo, that is a quite ridiculous amount. Would be financial suicide to pay multi millions upon millions for the rights only to charge that. Particularly in this day and age of streaming, just wouldn't work.

According to the Daily Mail, bidding for the fight at the MGM Grand will start at £6 million with Sky Sports favourites to broadcast it on pay-per-view channel for around £20

that sounds about right (£20), i think the article was speculating on BTsport joining the bidding war for the rights
 
£65 sounds plausible for what they intend to charge in america. Standard PPVs there are already $60, so it's possible they'll charge $100 for this. Over here though, no chance. The fight will surely be at ~3am anyway.

I see khan winning that. Khan starts fast and wins rounds. Mayweather would figure him out somewhere in the middle rounds, but would be a long way behind on the scorecards by then. Khan's obviously got suspect whiskers, but Mayweather simply doesn't throw the big punches to knock people out these days.

That's not to say I believe Khan to be the better fighter - he would lose to Pacquiao, where I expect Money to win, for example - but styles make fights and Khan's style is all wrong for a technician like Mayweather.
 
Timing beats speed, whilst khan would probably have a better shot with Floyd than against pac, mayweather probably still takes it comfortably with a knock out on the tables.

He hits harder than most credit him with, you don't keep big dudes like alverez from walking you down without having some pop.
