Fly on a rope

Sure I don't see why not... Some people deserve a lot more for some of the atrocities that they have commited.
You're missing the point. In a civilised society that implements capital punishment (arguably an oxymoron), there is no imperative to cause the condemned person to suffer any more than necessary. To deliberately or knowingly cause unnecessary suffering, as part of the capital punishment system, can never be justified. The punishment is the forfeiture of the condemned's person's life, this is arguably justice; causing them unnecessary suffering before they die is vengeance.

I don't think any method of CP is acceptable cos I don't believe in it, full stop. I was just merely stating why I thought it wasn't used in modern CP. Anyhow, how the hell are you meant to judge the pain difference between someone having their throar slit, being electrocuted in a chair, lethal injection or hanging?
OK, again I'll ask, if you were to be executed, which method would you prefer? Would you choose to have your throat cut in preference to the other methods?

the fly plane is blatantly better than the fly on a rope

freeze 4 flies , make a plane out of 2 lolly sticks attach flys to wings..... i

instructions on how to make it where in fhm so it must be ok

Feel free to kill hornets/wasps/flies etc but don't harm the bees. They actually have a purpose in life.

omfg you n00b, it has already been discussed, wasps do have a purpose, to eat other 'pests' and to provide food for other animals/insects, hornets do similar, and as i have said, flies kill the weak, thus making the human race stronger, also, provide food for things like spiders

I can't think of a species that doesn't have some purpose, apart from one. Can you guess what it is? ;)

I'll give you a clue, ironically it's also the only species which wonders what its purpose is.

Dogs? Little ****ers are always wondering, I've seen them.

As far as I'm aware insects don't even feel pain? Infact I'm fairly sure they're not even self aware or anything, they're just like robots basically.

Even if that is true, you should respect the fact that the common house fly is a remarkable "machine", it's autonomous, it can reproduce, it can fly, it's incredibly efficient, and it evolved tens of millions of years ago. As such, a bunch of teenagers setting fire to them for fun doesn't really seem appropriate IMO.
