Not a great week for me, I forgot to turn off auto updates so the system restarted and sat at the login screen for a week! Turned them off now, need to configure it to auto login as well I think.
 
Yep so long as you only have 1 PC folding under your username it doesn't matter how many clients, CPUs or GPUs you have running, just say in this thread you want to join and I'll add you for the next weeks news :)
 
OK cheers guys. Any tips on how to push some more performance on Full load of the SAH client? Even at full its only using around 72% of my gpus available resources according to my monitoring software. Must be someway of squeezing out the rest, maybe these are advanced options within the client itself?
 
have you set it to full? if your folding on cpu aswell then pause the slot or remove it as NVidia gpus need a cpu core each

right click the folding icon in the tray and select full instead of medium if its not already done so

Yes mate, on full when I can, and I removed cpu when I first joined the group after someone on here mentioned it. Interesting that currob is getting 85%.
I pretty much hit max gpu when 3D rendering so just found it curious that the folding client doesnt seem to max it out properly.
 
the gpu usage can depend on your cpu and the wu. as nvidia cards only use 1 core, the faster they are clocked to high gpu you should get. i get about the same PPD on my pentium [email protected] with 2 gpus as i did with my i5 2550K@5ghz. also some wu dont seem to max out the gpu, i find that on my 970's core 15's use 99% all the time and make them run around 5-7c hotter than core 18 and 21 which get around 90-95% usage.
