Well the WUs my GPUs are completing at the moment are both above 90% so maybe some WUs do use less power like Jumper118 said.

payday loans are the worst its better to sell stuff tbh. having a couple of grand in savings for emergencies is best for future.dam that's good.

i have gone into a certain mindset now, where in my bank goes below a certain amount i don't buy anything the i don't need for 2 months, even though its still got a fair amount of money in it.

There was a time about 5 years ago where I was using one of those and they are not good. Nowadays from what I've seen they are even worse. I would consider them as a last resort once the last resort and the other last resort and any other possible last resort has failed. Then I would still probably search for another last resort first !
Yep ive used them around 4 years ago but I promised I would never use one of them again, because of col the legend is helping me out with a gpu I will still be able to fold so still happy about that, after Christmas in jan pay ill have 2 bank hol pay and any overtime pay so dec could be a good time to invest in a 980ti or something, by then you lot will of overtaken me! lol

Not necessarily, my 780 ti is virtually dead, if i raise the power limit above 66% it crashes and whilst folding it shows:
gpu load 0%
Memory clock 0mhz
core clock 548mhz (I know this is wrong from the energy meter readings and ppd)
And I'm now putting my cpu's back into DENIS as I think I've solved some of the issues I had there
The fully working 780ti has 2 screens with 6 separate live cctv feeds on one screen with that whole screen being captured, converted and stored 24/7 and the second screen has satellite tv full screen. Don't want to risk the dodgy card failing with the cctv tbh.
Still actively looking for a cheap 750ti for that pc, was hoping they would come down in price after the 950 launch.
Another part of me is seriously considering selling my i5 4460 and some other components and ditch the 3rd setup then splash out on a 2nd 980ti and fold on 2x 980ti. Can't decide which to do but will get xmas out of the way first.
Yep so long as you only have 1 PC folding under your username it doesn't matter how many clients, CPUs or GPUs you have running, just say in this thread you want to join and I'll add you for the next weeks news

Its lovely and warm which is great since I just came back from India to chilly Scotland. Had a lot of trouble getting the air out of my loop. One of my hardline pipes turned out to be cracked at both ends on the collars so not happy about Monsoon collar setup. I only have one pipe that's hardline now. Its so much quicker just to do tubing, only took me 2hrs to get her running.
I need to get a wifi dongle for moving it upstairs now, think I use the x79 instead on my Z68
