Anyone had teething problems folding on windows 10?

Hoping it's just a coincidence but upgraded 2 machines today and my 780ti has suddenly developed coil whine like nothing i've ever heard and my ppd has dropped from 280-310k on win7 to 220k on win10. Surely this must just be coincidence? Hard wu maybe?

I updated the nvidia drivers last night and also noticed the wu was really really long, 15% completed with 9 hours left to go. Normally the wu's complete in around 3 to 6 hours so hopefully it was just the wu and/or drivers as the issue.

The loud coil whine has gone now, was really strange as I've never heard that card make a noise before and I've had it nearly 2 years since the 780ti first launched.

Nvidia driver 358.50 is consistently crashing for me. Never had this problem before with Nvidia drivers, guess Windows 10 still has a while to go before its stable!

Noted that those on Windows 10 are using the new dev drivers that came out a couple days ago, seems to also contain G-Sync fixes from hotfix but unconfirmed. Of course you can use it for other Windows OS as normal but it's only for 64-bit OS. Sometimes dev drivers are more stable even in beta state.

Thanks for this, I did actually upgrade to the dev drivers an hour after my post. I usually dont bother with them but this time I've given them a try. So far so good!
