Also did you tell it to use IE connection settings as that can cause problems, that and telling it to get work without deadlines - either would mess it up

i tried it the morning and managed to get the program downloaded so i not sure but it fixed its self as i couldn't get to the main folding site but all good now :) got that machine on crunching and going to put it on main pc also :)

That's good to hear - sorry I totally misread your post anyway as I thought you said the workunit and core (assumed you'd already got the client) :o
 
naw the laptop i got client already on isn't getting WU but the server and main pc downloaded client and crunching through WU atm 1 core should be on 100% and another on 40% of the time
