dunno what's going on with me... my pc is on 24/7 and still i only get 1000 points each week All the wu's have been crud 200 pointers though

My E6300 @ 3.2ghz takes about 13 mins per frame on a p3404 which = about 225 ppd. If you're running @ stock speed then obviously your ppd will be less.

Are you running 2 clients or just the 1 ?

Woo! I was mentioned twice :D

Might drop a bit next week though, the second PC I had Folding running on was overheating due to the hot weather... I need to re-seat the heatsink!!

Rich - what time are you planning on doing the news today - as I've a few thousand points finishing around 8ish but I guess thats to late, points boost for me next week then :D .
On another subject the Kakao site does a scrolling 7day production stat. might be worth compairing that to your figs (if the match) then should reduce your workload with the news :)

linky

You'll also notice that their are two subteams:
[SIR] Test team inc myself and WoZZeR :p and
[OcUK] aka teamSB with a little help from cybershot and some 'grays' :D

Join me, and we can rule the Galaxy together!

To be honest SB - the thought had occured to me....

The only trouble is that your borgs don't really tie in with the whole single cruncher ethos I was trying to nurture. But if no single crunchers sign up to [SIR] after the two week test period, a rethink is in order.

We'll see that happens in this/next weeks news thread. But If you start pimping your subteam - one will not be amused :D

We need to catch these new folders with 10,000 or so points and encourage them to join [SIR].

If [SIR] fails I shall ponder what to do, I am happy, nay, very happy to try to get from position 121 to 100 with just 330ppd, so my SMP cruncher will be looking for a subteam. I hope [SIR] is a success though.

As you will note SiriusB, I have cunningly (accidentally) created a slot [SIR] for folks who wish to combine single crunchers relatively anonymously and storm the globe.

I don't want to create or be in a sub-team.

To late SB, you are and did!
You setup the subteam when you joined in June 06 by using square brackets in your user ID. Unless you change your user name (to remove the square brackets) and start from zero again you stuck with it whether you like it or not. As with yourself, the other three members of the [OcUK] subteam joined without realialsing it. But based on Eoc joining dates, you are the creator of the first team10 subteam and it's been running nearly a year now.

And it's doing really quite well.

Well, to be fair it was long before I knew sub-teams existed, and long before any of you knew too!

Still, sub-teams only exist in one page of Kakao stats so I'm not worried :p
