Hardly, unlike a lot of clubs (such as spurs) we do not charge to be a mascot. He would’ve had a chance to meet all the players and get autographs later.

Spurs are asking supporters to vote for their team of the decade on twitter. Unfortunately for them Liverpool supporters have hijacked the striker vote:
