Anyone seen the t-shirts Mertesacker is selling for charity? They're only €19, might buy one.

Arsenal's BFG is trying to make some BF bucks for charity.

German defender Per Mertesacker, nicknamed "BFG"—or "Big ******* German"—by Arsenal fans, is turning his unique moniker into a fundraising strategy for his own Per Mertesacker Stiftung charity.

Here's the BFG with his BFG shirt, via Mertesacker's Facebook page.

On his Facebook account, Mertesacker said SpielRaum designed the shirt. He added: "The idea supports my foundation 'Per Mertesacker Stiftung' and the good things we do there."

I'm not sure about that. I haven't looked through the thread to see the context it was posted in. Either way it doesn't change the fact that you know swearies must be fully starred out, making your complaint at being given a warning odd to say the least.

He didn't say that.

He was asked where his next move would be; "If I could decide: Real Madrid or Barcelona." which is probably what a lot of footballers would say. Complete non story, footballer dreams of moving to one of the biggest clubs in the world.
