^^ Agree. I really can't see Newcastle having enough attacking power to warrant using two holding midfielders. Using Kuyt upfront on his own when it's been proven he can't play the lone man role is just awful management. Thought we would beat them easy today but it looks like Benitez will be happy with a point :(
 
Keane I can almost understand after the way he ended the Bolton match, maybe he's just not up to starting but dropping Alonso and Riera makes no sense :(
 
The only real suprise is Riera missing out. Keane was shattered towards the end of the Bolton game and Xabi's played near enough every game this season.

edit: and Lucas isn't a holding midfielder. He'll get forward more than Xabi would have.
