For various reasons Lampard and Vidic are doubts for both teams on Saturday. Expect the same sort of play as last night, with Fergie going for the draw. I'll be surprised if we get much more. Hoping for the following team:

VdS
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic/Pique - Evra
Ronaldo - Hargreaves - Carrick - ANDERSON! - Nani
Rooney

However I really doubt it'll be anything like that with Barca again on Tuesday. Probably see Giggs/O'Shea/Fletcher possibly getting some minutes.

Sigh, I had a feeling Silvestre would play.

Guess we better beat West Ham and Wigan then :o

Meh. Was bound to happen the way we're playing. Slightly more interested in going forward compared to Wednesday but not enough to do anything of note. Chelsea look far more interested in winning.

Rooney yet again has no support.

Anyone else think taking Anderson off was a really bad decision? He was our best player today, and Chelsea were starting to leave all sorts of gaps in the middle of their defence. We tried to start the game by keeping a clean sheet and it didn't work, so I don't understand why Fergie thought it'd be wise to try and hold on to the draw, Chelsea were blatently going to pile forward and we could have killed them off on the break (which Anderson always seemed to be part of). Really disapointing substitution and I knew at that point we'd be extremely lucky to get anything.

Just noticed our game with West Ham is another 12.45 Saturday kickoff, yet Chelsea don't play until Monday night. Why the hell was Avram Grant whining a few weeks ago, if anything that Everton fixture has helped them.
