Yeah found it in the whole foods as you described. Its a bit of a mission to get to that Tesco (Kensington) so not familiar with the layout. Was gonna add a couple of teaspoons in the morning but tbh wasn't thinking about evenings.
I need to sit down and re-plan my diet.
