For those who love cooking curries but can't get that restuarant taste

As you say, a curry base is super easy to make and can be frozen (I’ve got god knows how much in the freezer).
There really is no reason to be lazy and not make your own.
 
Yeh i batch cook it using the recipe on that site and like you freeze it in containers enough for 2 curries. My favourite recipe on there is the chilli masalla chicken. I'm going to try a Lamb Dhansak next
