Forceware 162.15 Beta

So far these drivers seem to be pretty good.

A noticable framerate improvement in stalker (makes it fully playable with full dynamic lights now finally)

3dmark06 showed about a 50 point increase at 600/1800 clocks.

Overall pretty pleased.
 
x64 xp gives a bsod on loading the nv contol panel on a driver reinstall, gone back to 158.22 :)

tried various ways of installing and removing drivers, rig is just not having it.

Installed these last night, running well and it fixed the issue i had in this thread with the control panel crashing when i changed the settings for TDU. :)

Seems to given a little boost in performance too.
 
People have very short memorys, Nvidia since Detonators then newer Forcewares had better drivers than ATI esp in OpenGL and many hated the ATI control Panel, this was proven in many reviews and ATI did improve OpenGL somewhat but still not as good as Nvidias, its true Nvidia have f00ked up since 8000 series+Vista+DX10, probably because they has 3 issues to deal with in new drivers which is no real excuse but again it was not so long ago story was different.

well they keep bsod my pc, right clicking on the desktop to get into properties.

Windows xp x64.

Someone pointed out to me that these are form 2006 lol, I should have known since the problem with AA been forced on the little 3D preview in the NV Control Panel is present in the 165.15's and thats a problem from early drivers.

no he just doesnt make a sentance out of 90-odd words and 4 comma's. there's roughly typing a sentance and knowing what it means and then there's what you typed above.
 
Why is it all the ones with 1000's of posts are the ones who give others crap here ?.
If you cant make sence of it then you need a brain because it may not be perfect but it takes little less grey matter to read it than it does to flame, what if the person (I could have) had learning difficulties ?

You dont like it, you can lump it.
