Downloaded the latest drivers for by Audigy 2, works fine, even does SPDIF out.

Been enjoying these (and a few previous versions) for some time now and they have been very stable/good performance from my experience.

Performance with windowed games (IE, how I play EVE) is a bit naff at the moment.

Will be giving a 'proper' game a try later on though

Could be because of the whole 64bit thing, maybe the engine is fussy over that... though, the message about the display driver that crashed and was successfully restarted tends to make you think otherwise.

Had some horrible problems running Media Center in a window (it was fine full screen), forced Vista to use Purevideo codec and now it seems fine.

Yes, I realise that, I was asking as to whether the guy before me was using the 64bit version of Vista.

Point being that I can't get 2142 to work on Ultimate 64bit, wanted to know if anyone could get it going on 32bit Vista, in which case, I'll format and just use that for now.

You only posted "64bit" hence the confusion, next time be more specific
