Ford Focus RS500

Everything on the £20k more RS500 can be put on by pumaspeed for....£3k.

Now consider you can buy a brand new one via ford configurator for £30k, or one off pistonheads 100 miles delivery mileage for £27k.

So £27k + £3k + £1k for matt wrap = RS500 rep ?

But it's 35k, NOT £50k!

From a thread on PH's, number 1. Still not worth the money IMO.

the numbered plate looks gash as they all say 1/500 just like the ST 500

I still want one though anyone straight swap for a blue ST lol

This is definatley not £50k. You are probably confusing yourself with the new Impreza which is £50k.

They will be numbered, this must be Fords own, and lent to shows ? They are not due to ship yet anyway to customers from what I understand.

You can mod a standard one for sure, Mountune can even give you an official update pack to the same level..... But it still won't say RS500, and be one of 500.....or be in unique black sticky back plastic finish ....LOL

No im not, someone on another forum has one ordered and has paid his deposit, he then had to pay even more deposit, and the dealer told him they still dont have official prices, but its looking more and more likely that it will cost £50k or thereabouts.

Not liking them.

Although it shows that a panther black, and a colorado red RS would look good, don't know why they only have three paint selections for the RS at the minute.

No, it'll cost in the region of £35k. Someone on another forum is being misled.

[Cough] GT [Cough] :D

The RS 500 is £35,750 according to the latest version of Evo (who give it a way higher score than the Impreza Cosworth despite it being £15k less etc)

Ah my bad, even at 35k i cant help thinking its a lot of money for a focus though :)

Can't say I'm impressed now with the mat black finish on the RS500, looks great in the press photo's but not in real life, and once dirty looks really flat and horrible :(

Man this looks really nice! Although you could get a huge range of second hand cars that are much better than this for a fraction of the price. Buying new cars seems to be a crazy option these days!
