Format NVME from MAC

hey guys,

I have split my rig up, and the only issue im thinking now is the NVME drives!

can I buy a NVME enclosure for them, hook up to my MBA and format them from there?

Yeah, any M.2 enclosure will let you format them on your MBA in disk utility, i.e:

You can get them for about £12 (another brand) if you look around. If you're just formatting them any cheap one will do (as long as you don't accidentality buy an M.2. SATA one )

I’ve done this regularly on a Mac. The built-in Disk Utility does the job nicely.

thanks guys, ssd sled came today, took about 5 minutes to erase and reset the two NVME drives!
