use your phone as a modem while you get some work

your gpu power could mean the difference between winning/loosing if you like, look at GPU grid!

Toss some more coal into the boilers, OCN is coming! I'd say you have about 14 hours left at the #1 spot. That team never fails to impress with the amount of raw reserves they have.

EVGA and OCN will probably get us sometime overnight demoting us to bronze. They are both doing some 4 million per day than us according to free-dc's stats. But both of them have far more GPU power than we can hope to amass. It's only due to good early dumpage that we had our early lead.

The surprise is TAAT who this time round seem to have lead weights on their computers, even a team called "Aggie the Pew" [what?] have done more than TAAT so far today

2 Crunching@EVGA 40,700,820
3 Overclock.net 39,119,962
4 TeAm AnandTech 31,681,414

But it could all change again tomorrow when we find out who has the best bunker ....

So we've been down in third most of the day, but somehow are back to second. But just when we thought TAAT had gone to sleep they've unleashed a mega bunker and are back in the game. If they have anything left still to come we might not even be in the medals :(

2 OcUK - Overclockers UK 70,242,118
3 Overclock.net 70,155,735
4 TeAm AnandTech 68,246,172

Hang on to your hats, it could be another close finish.

brilliant! :D

download boinc from here
https://boinc.berkeley.edu/

install it and when it asks you to add a project once installed , there is a list that will come up, scroll down to primegrid, you need to make an account, its just an email address and a password. once you've done this you need to join ocuk team, I have to go to work so the other guys on the team will assist with helping

this is our team, youll know if you've joined correctly as your name will show in the members joined in the last day.

Glad for any help

Primgrid has a minefield of options but best return is on GPU selecting the PPS sieve project. On the website for Primgrid look in the project preferences of my account.

F@h and Boinc may not play nicely with each other. But that also depends on if you are using GPU on both.

Boinc will start most projects with auto settings, once you have set up your account to join a project. But make sure you did visit the project itself to link your account to the OcUK team. With primegrid you should also tewak the preferences for the project to decide if you are doing CPU and or GPU work type and the subprojects you prefer. Max return will be GPU PPS sieve.

Followed mini guide post 692, downed exe with Virtualbox. I was running f@h at the time, the client window just did "stuff" automatically, does this look right?
