Competitors follow the same rules as they always did, if OcUK stocks the same product another store does then they are a competitor.

Yeah I was pretty close to leaving as I thought it was a bit daft closing it, but I can see why it was closed.

I guess that now covers **** and ******** and ******.*** (amongst others) as well now that the 360 section has started on OcUK.

I think thats a bit stupid tbh, you cant mention anyone that sells 360 hardware, cause tbh if they sell the hardware good chance is they sell the software. And one of the reasons I loved this forum is when you could come find a great deal cause someones posted where to get a game real cheap, or find out when someones doing pre orders so you can get in quickly so as not to miss out

Also being able to ask questions on here as a lot of people use those shops meant I could get the answer I wanted and not have to wait on naff Customer service

Now that element of the forums gone, its "just another" forum and means I have to go elsewhere to find out about the best deals and so on. Yes true thats what Google and other forums are for, but I liked it best when I could do it here

It was brought on by the rule breaking and people complaining the rules on what was and was not a competitor were, with no chance for me to clarify on what was and was not.

Now we all know and its simple to understand, prevents the confusion we had the past few days.

Ok just to make it clear, basically we can't talk about any games shops now? As long as the rules are consistent it's fine with me. I just found it strange that before there was a banned one that seemed like the odd one out.

Yes none at all so it is simple.

It may change in the future when it becomes clear what OcUK stock and do not, but for at least the immediate future there is a blanket ban on all competitors.
