Forum slowdown

Anyone else seeing that the latest update on the main forum page isn’t keeping up with what the actual latest post is?
 
Refresh twice seems the norm on my tablet. Or load twice to get a page from chrome.

The static noise I believe is a different issue with the Christmas baubles that appear at the top on desktop.
