Forwarding ports on a netgear router?

The screenshot above of your network settings shows a 169.254 address, typical of Windows when its unable to attain a DHCP address.

Have you fixed your DHCP configuration and assigned a static to your PC either through a DHCP reservation or on the machine itself?

no i dont at the moment
my PC isnt ready for formatting as of yet unfortuantly

ive got "Use router as a DHCP Server"
should i take this off then?

i've also got under Router MAC address - "Default" should this be set to a specific mac address? or use the computer MAC address ?

I would leave those all alone, the first one is actually enabling / disabling the DHCP server on your router, all your devices will be relying on this.

The second one is fine and also does not need touching.

You are looking for DHCP reservations, if your router cannot do it then you could set the IP statically on the Windows PC and then make sure your NAT rules point to that IP address.

In your earlier post you'd opened the ports and forwarded them to 192.168.0.3.

You're now using a DHCP reservation for 192.168.0.2.

They need to match.

sorry i should have said, i changed the .3 ones to match on the .2 one

That does look a lot better now.

EDIT: have you confirmed your PC is getting the address you assigned. Open a command window / dos box and type ipconfig to check, if not do an ipconfig /release following by ipconfig /renew and hopefully if your MAC address is correct its will assign the correct address.
