I'm just watching it now.The customizing options look great.

The engine noises in the game are superb.In a clip near the end i heard a screeming and thought "that sounded like a Carerra GT".He caught upto the car and sure enough it was.

Well impressed.

I downloaded one of them. Are the others all of the same track? The filenames suggest so, and I don't want to waste my bandwidth if they are.

Well i downloaded the 1st and last and both with diffrent tracks.

Like i said the last file is diffrent from the 1st thats all i know didnt bother with the others

Nice vids tho of the 2 i did see, just wish they drove diffrent cars

They're all different variations of the same track, second one is reverse of the 1st, then the other 2 are different.

Still, bit pointless as after you've watched one you kind of get the gist :p
 
Wish who ever was playing it could have swapped through the views abit, they look so crap racing from that view.

No no the game looks fantastic, i am saying i hate seeing racing games from the behind view which is what i meant by crap, they just don't look realistic when viewed behind, i would have loved to see the cockpit view in that vid.

Those vids really do look good. Particularly like the presentation of the UI while driving, quite slick. From what I could tell the car was bouncing and rolling its weight quite a bit, gave me the impression of a realistic driving model for sure.

I downloaded and watched HD videos recently through the PS3 and have been impressed by those also.

Something just sprung to mind here. Not sure if this has been covered in the thread already. Are variable weather conditions present in the game? I just haven't seen any media with rain etc.

The animated crowds look a good update over the PGR3 ones and a darn site better than GT HD crowds. Also the way they react from cheering to whistling.

So im sure many of you have had a race with perhaps a move or a crash that youd just like to see in replay.

Well its good to see in one of the screens menus after a race you have:

"Watch Replay"
"Save Replay"

Nothing as bad as what PGR3 did.
With it if you wanted to save a replay you then had do it before seeing it and then to exit the whole way back to the main menu, then go into Gotham Tv, then goto your saves. Doing this with the loading times meant it took at least 5 mins as you had to then load the darn video once you located it.

Sometimes the little things are important.
