Forza 4

Would certainly like to see some longer races, perhaps in identical cars, or at least specified racers, this could even pave the way for a little race series. MX5's, Renault Sport Twingo's, BMW M3's or something would be rather entertaining I think.

Well, everybody is welcome, I think there's fun to be had even if you're unable to challenge for the lead in most races. It's just more fun driving with others!

I felt a little bad when it was just us two as it wasn't really racing!

It was fun to try to catch up a little bit, even for a few feet here and there :)

None of my own cars were available, and I'm SURE I had some 600s in my garage. But there were only a few stock ones... what's that all about?

Not that it would have made any difference whatsoever, because I fail at tuning/setting up cars too, but at least I'd have had my pink mx-5 :)

I shall do a bit of practice and learn the circuits again.

Not sure why you couldn't use your cars, the only restrictions were on class at that stage.

I do sometimes enforce stock cars (when we do same car racing, eg. all M3's or all Clio's) but usually it's just on class.

You should have been able to use any of your cars within the right class. I did notice the ones you selected were probably stock so I tried to pick stock cars as well.

If it's going to be tuning then I think I'd prefer a bit of a mixed field ala touring car.

Say a bunch of FF hatchbacks from various manufacturers, as long as they start around the same PI and end up at a specific limit.

Low power races are certainly more enjoyable online as the skill gap is less noticeable and there is more margin for error (and a higher chance of people pushing the cars closer to the limit).

Stupid thing randomly dc'd me, Maccy is host now.

I'm absolutely fine with more laps, I like long races as long as they are on good tracks.
