Forza is much better imo, although i did love Dirt3, loved the way the cars handled in a fun sort of way, especially the Gymkhana stuff.

Do these things actually work. Just bought my season pass and starting to get back into forza after all the recent game releases. The one thing I hate about forza 4 is you can't look at tunes you bought. This was good on Forza 2 as you could see what everyone was doing and what "glitches" gave your car more grip.
I have an app for my iPhone which was designed for FM3 and which is pretty good for FM4
And no, you can't see the details of tunes you've bought, or on cars you've bought.

Would also like to know this, I think I need to add a few of you that still play regularly.
The Feuerdog FM3 Tuning calc doesn't work well with the More Physics approach of FM4. The springs are too soft and the damping is rather bouncy.
The Slave Munki spreadsheet linked above is much better, especially with the recent tweaks that take individual car attributes into account.

Back online, VirginMedia has been up and down the last couple of days, worked out today its only the DNS and switching to GooglesDNS it all works perfectly again.
Has another Rival event popped up? I could have sworn i had set a time on all this months but when i got in game there was a new one using the MX5 mk3 at Road Atlanta?

I became rather obsessed with squeezing hundredth after hundredth out of my Oldsmobile to beat a jdm motor but I made it! Probably might've been a better idea to work on the setup as it wasn't right but once I started it was suddenly 40 laps later lol
While you were busy with that, I was grinding away at your Road Atlanta Mazda time - I beat it in the end! We need some more times on the board - there's no way I can find two seconds in there to get up to the two guys above me!
You might just be right as well, I'm sorry to say that i re-visited that this morning and knocked quite a chunk off my time.

I became seriously depressed after watching the replay from a top 10 time. I still can't find/hold the line that allows so much more speed on that Mazda challenge. It's as if they've turned the course into an oval the line seems like such a steady curve all the way round (even the chicanes! (I jest)).

Of the replays for the top times? If that's what you mean you just go on the leaderboard and select the time you want to see/race the ghost from.

There's nowhere for me to go now though - Darryn is above me and his time is about 20s better than mine, which means not just mad skillz but also mad luck to not have one of the AIs go into the back of you on the hairpin hill climb bit and the like.
